Stayed at Hyatt for 7 days. All the staff, from the door men to the receptionist, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping did a great job. The breakfast had a great choice and the quality of the food was very good. The currency exchange in the hotel was convenient. The Elite Taxi service was reliable. The location was excellent, with great views of the cathedral and easy access to attractions. The spa and its treatments were wonderful. a perfect downtown hotel experience.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect as it is situated in the city center, allowing easy access to the stunning churches in Kiev. The rooms provide amazing views of the city, particularly the beautiful Kiev skyline. Additionally, the complimentary coffee and breakfast add to the overall positive experience.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had a fantastic gym and a great pool area, perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city, close to all the main attractions and even the US Embassy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the welcoming door men to the attentive restaurant and leisure center staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection and the dining experience at the Asian restaurant was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch, including a spacious 20m pool and a relaxing sauna. We were impressed by the hotel's services, with all the staff members being incredibly polite, kind, and professional. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the monastery and other sightseeing places in this city. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great choice of dishes, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
